COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Thank you for entrusting us at the Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic with the care of your furry family members. WE ARE OPEN.
We understand the seriousness of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following recommendations to decrease the spread of infection. Because of this, we would like hospital visitors to be aware of the following precautionary measures:
If you are planning a visit but are not feeling well, please call our hospital, and our staff will reschedule your visit for a later date.
While we are a wonderful team of caring individuals, we will be following guidelines for distancing measures within reason.
Wh have heightened our cleaning regiments to be more frequent, with a focus on disinfecting high-trafficked/commonly used areas and areas used by any previous patient. If your pet is in need of medications, please call us, and we can discuss shipping your pet’s medications to your home. Should you decide to pick up medications from the hospital, please call and order and pay in advance to reduce your wait time in the lobby. If you call us upon arrival at the clinic, we would be happy to bring the medications and food to your car.
If there are accommodations that you would like to request regarding the concern of COVID 19 exposure, please let our office know either by phone or email prior to your appointment, and we will try to meet reasonable accommodation requests.
Welcome to Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic!
Dr. Amy Randall is accredited by the American College of Veterinary Dermatologists. We provide specialized veterinary dermatology and allergy care for pets in the greater Portland and Greensboro areas. Our experienced and compassionate team of veterinary professionals specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to skin, ear, hair coat, and nail bed, as well as allergies (environmental and food) and autoimmune diseases. We’re here to help your pets feel better!
Our team goes above and beyond to make each and every experience the best it can be. We believe in offering a low stress, quiet, and relaxed environment for your pet.
I came in with a cat who has had lifelong immune issues and only recently an eye issue that my regular veterinarian was unable to address. Dr. Andrea Hasbach was amazing, she took the time to thoroughly examine my kitty and decided it was more important for me to take her to a veterinary ophthalmologist than to recommend any allergy testing/ treatment. As someone who doesn’t make an enormous amount of money, but loves their pet like family…it was so appreciated. Thank you guys! Pepper is getting the care she needs!
