Expert care for your four-legged family members.

Dr. Amy Randall travels from Oregon to North Carolina to see patients in Greensboro for two weeks each month.   We are accepting new patients at the Greensboro office but want to make all potential new clients aware that as the only board-certified veterinary dermatologist serving the Triad area, the wait to get in for a first-time appointment with Dr. Amy Randall is typically several months.

After you contact us for an appointment by calling 503-574-4150 a veterinary technician will reach out to schedule your pet and assess your pet’s symptoms so they can be appropriately prioritized on our waitlist.  It may be up to 2 weeks from the time you contact us before the technician returns your call because these conversations are lengthy, and we want to answer as many of your questions as possible.  We appreciate your patience.  All calls are returned in the order received.

You can also speed up the scheduling process by completing our new client paperwork at this link.

While you are waiting to get your pet in for their first appointment, we recommend that you continue to work with your pet’s primary veterinarian to keep your pet as comfortable as possible.  Please do not stop any medications in anticipation of the appointment unless we instruct you to do so.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to partnering with you for your pet’s care.
